While the moth pictured above is Dysphania subrepleta, the caterpillars likely belong to the moth Dysphania malayanus because they were found on its host plant Carallia brachiata (Freshwater Mangrove).

Dysphania species are geometrid moths (Family: Geometridae). There are 5 species in Singapore. Two of them, Dysphania malayanus and Dysphania glaucescens had their details published in 2009 and 2010 respectively [1-2].
